EXTERIOR
No matter the size of your house we take pride in giving attention to detail. We are neat, clean and respect your property as if it were our own. We clean sills, tracks, frames and screens as a part of our standard service. Glass surfaces are gently razor bladed and washed with a cleaning solution formulated for use with high quality squeegee equipment and will not harm tinting or other protective films. We hand brush the outside of your screens with a soft bristle brush. (Screens can be washed upon request for an additional charge) After each window is cleaned, we will dry the perimeter of each pane where the water collects.
INTERIOR
We take our shoes off or wear shoe covers. We take many precautions to keep the inside of your home as clean as when we arrived. When we're inside, we clean the window tracks and window sills. We then use the same process for the outside cleaning as we do the inside. We hand brush the inside of your screens with a soft bristle brush. (Screens can be washed upon request for an additional charge) We then put all clean screens back in place. To finish up, we will walk around your home to double check the windows and make sure everything is put back in place.

All gutter debris is completely removed by hand and we always check downspouts to ensure proper drainage. Downspout screens are installed as part of our regular service.
